i always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. there are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. we can choose our favorite lessons to learn. we can spend more time doing some outside reading. the students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. we neednsquo;t do a lot of homework. we are all happy to stay at school.

同学们，课间十分钟的休息是非常必要的。文明有序的课间活动，能给大家带来轻松和愉悦，好让大家以饱满的热情投入到下一节课的学习当中去。但我们也经常发现有的同学们没有进行有益的活动，只是一味地在走廊或广场上追逐打闹。好多同学们拉拉扯扯、跑来跑去，攀爬扶梯，甚至有同学摔伤，这样既不安全又不雅观。课件跑得气喘吁吁，坐到教室里好长时间都平静不下来，反而影响学习了;还有，课间休息时，我们经常会听到一些同学不是在轻声细语地交谈，而是高声喊叫、大吵大闹。
因此，希望同学们都能合理地安排课间的活动，那我们该如何做呢?在此我提出几点建议：
第一，做好课前准备工作。当下课铃声响起以后，请同学们先做好下一节课的课前准备，把相关的课本和学习用具拿出来,再进行其它的活动。需要去厕所的同学们，要抓紧时间去一下，千万不能等到下一节课上课才想起上洗手间，这就影响你上课了。
第二，别忘呼吸一下清新的空气。一节课坐在教室内，室内的二氧化碳不断增加，容易使人精神疲乏。课间十分钟的时候，走出教室去呼吸新鲜的空气，可以让我们疲劳的身心得到舒缓。
第三，课间可以做些小游戏，但运动量不要太大。比如：与同学们下下五子棋、看课外书、跳皮筋、踢毽子、跳绳等很多有趣的小游戏，还可以在老师带领下做些有趣的体育类的活动。
第四，课间可以做些休闲又愉悦的事情。比如，我们还可以几个同学们聚在一起谈谈心，聊聊开心的事;还可以约上好友一起静静地欣赏欣赏班级黑板报、欣赏同学们优秀的作业等等。
第五，课间活动一定要安全、文明。课间在教室，在走廊，在厕所，在操场不打闹，不追逐，不乱跑乱跳，更不大声吵叫，要做到文明礼让。约束自己的活动范围，开展文明游戏。
同学们，课间活动的方式方法多种多样，但是如何将它安排的科学合理，就得看大家的本领了。希望各班同学都能科学合理地安排课间十分钟，让我们的课间多一些快乐的欢笑，少几声刺耳的尖叫;让我们的课间多一些有趣的游戏，少一些疯狂的奔跑;让我们的校园多一份文明与优雅，少一些鲁莽和粗俗。

“红灯停，绿灯行，黄灯亮了等一等。”这首歌我都唱十年了，人家大概已经背得滚瓜烂熟了。但是还是有许多人在过马路时不遵守交通规则。
记得那一次，我和妈妈晚上从新世纪生活广场回家，到了十字路口，路口的交通信号灯由绿变红，妈妈停下车来等候，然而我是个急性子，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，对面虽然是红灯，但两边没有车，也没有交警，我们还是过去吧!”妈妈说：“俗话说‘不怕一万，就怕万一’。
万一我们到了路中央，突然有一辆汽车飞驰过来，我们不就危险了吗?”妈妈话音刚落，一名中年男子直接骑着自行车过去了。说时迟那时快，从左边突然冲出了一辆电动三轮车，瞬间撞倒了那位中年男子，自行车一下子被撞出了两米多远，由于电动三轮车来不及刹车，又撞到了旁边的路灯，于是连人带车摔了个四脚朝天。看到这情境，我心里想：“太可怕了，下次我再也不敢闯红灯了。”
在生活中，往往绿灯还没有亮，非机动车就会抢先一步，电动车、摩托车、电动三轮车常在几辆汽车的空当之间穿过，欲速而不达，就会有交通事故发生。人的生命只有一次，一旦失去就无可挽回了，所以，我们每个人都应该将交通规则牢记心中。
亲爱的同学们：
我们的地球家园已经受到了严重的破坏。最直接被感受到的后果就是环境的质量下降，影响着人类的生活、身体健康。例如：城市空气的污染，水的污染。在环境污染的事实面前，我们应该立即行动起来，从现在做起，从小做起，为了保护我们的家园贡献自己微薄之力。
我们有权利喝干净的水，有权利吃不被污染的食物，有权利呼吸新鲜的空气，还有权利生活在不被污染的地方……我们应该限制汽车的数量、停止乱砍滥伐，要有节约一滴水、一张纸、一粒米、一度电的意识，还要多种树、不要乱扔垃圾……不要以牺牲后代的幸福来赚钱，也不要以牺牲环境为代价来赚钱。不管你多有钱，也买不来第二个地球呀。如果我们每个人都能节约一滴水、一张纸、一粒米、一度电的话，这样就能节约好多资源，就会有好多人用上水、电、纸、吃上粮食，还能让生活不富裕的人变得富裕，这样人们的生活就会大大提高。
