nowadays, a large number of students do not have breakfast everyday since they would like to spend more time making up their sleep.in addition, some girls hope to keep slim by not having breakfast.

however, at the same time, they also get some unpleasant results. for example, they feel sleepy in classes and cannot concentrate attention on their study completely. what’s worse, over a long time, their bad conditions will result in the deterioration in quality of their study and the decrease in grade.

therefore, having breakfast is significant for us. for one thing, the breakfast provides 30 percent of energy we need for the whole day. as the saying goes, “make your whole year's plans in spring and your day's plan early in the morning”。 if we do not have breakfast, we would not have enough energy to deal with the matters in the whole day and the result of things we done can not run up to what we have expected. for another, having breakfast is conducive to strengthen our creative thinking. only in a good condition in the morning can we come up with more fresh ideals.

which is more important, health or wealth? it is a hot topic among people. i can hardly answer this question. i didnt realize that health is more imporant until i saw a businessmans real life.

a successful businessman, one of my fathers friends, devoted himseff to his business. he works from morning to night every day. there is no weekends in his mind. he often says, "i must earn much money so that i can get what i want. "lately, he is ill. though he has a lot of money, he can do nothing but lie in the hospitals bed.

so i think health is more important than wealth. people can do nothing if they are always in poor health, let alone happiness. no matter we are rich or not, we can not ignore the importance of health.

in current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. in the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. they were very strong and seldom went to see doctors. now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. they often go out for good meals with their families and friends. but they get easy to be ill, why? i think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. so i exercise every day. my eating habits are pretty good. i eat a lot of vegetables.

i eat fruit and drink milk every day. i drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. of course, i love junk food, too, and i eat it once a week. and i sleep nine hours every day. the better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes.

1. food. to keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. for that can cause a lot of diseases. the right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits.

2. exercise. another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. an average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000. you'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.
